Refund / Cancellation Policy返品・交換について

  • 1. Defective or Incorrect Items

    Refunds will be issued after inspection if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or not as described due to our error.

    Approved refunds will cover the product price and the original shipping cost only.

    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if there is any issue.

  • 2. Conditions for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories and labels
    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
    • A return request must be submitted and approved in advance

    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

    Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • 3.Return Shipping

    Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • 4.Refund Timeline

    After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within seven business days.

  • 5.Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

    Parts installed or used products are not returnable unless defective. For international returns (even for defective/incorrect items), we do not refund any import duties, taxes, or customs fees originally paid by the customer to their local authorities or carrier.

    The following items and cases are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Installed or used items (unless defective)
    • Items that have been opened or altered
    • Order errors related to incorrect part numbers provided by the customer
    • Refusal to accept delivery due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
    • Fraudulent or abusive claims
    • Hazardous materials or consumable goods

  • 6.Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.

    The fastest way to receive another item is to return the eligible item (with approval) and place a new order separately.

  • 7.Customs Duties & International Returns

    The buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

    For international returns, even in cases of defective or incorrect items, we do not refund any customs duties, taxes, or fees originally paid by the buyer to local authorities or carriers.

    if customs duties are refused and the shipment is returned or disposed of, the buyer will be responsible for all resulting costs, including return shipping, handling, and disposal fees.

    No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • 8.Order Cancellation Due to Seller Circumstances

    In rare cases, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

    If an order becomes impossible to ship, we will notify the buyer within the stated processing period and cancel the order.

    An order may be deemed impossible to ship under the following circumstances, including, but not limited to, the following:

    - The ordered item is no longer available, and sufficient inventory cannot be secured.
    - The actual weight or size of the item significantly exceeds the estimated specifications, making shipment impracticable or impossible.

    In such cases, we will promptly issue a full refund, including:

    • The product price
    • The original shipping fee
    • Any currency conversion or payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without delay.

  • 9.Partial Refund of Shipping Costs

    In some cases, the actual shipping cost may be lower than the estimated amount charged at checkout. If this occurs, we may notify the buyer and issue a partial refund for the difference in shipping fees without prior approval.
