We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Conditions for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and the receipt or a proof of purchase is also required.

    To start a return process, please contact us at info@jinkeido.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    • Items that have already been opened
    • Order errors related to incorrect part numbers
    • Refusal to accept delivery due to unpaid customs duties
    • Fraudulent claims
    • Hazardous materials or consumable goods
    • Return requests made after the return period

  • Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Customs Duties

    The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties. If you refuse to pay the customs duties, we will not refund your purchase. If customs duties are refused, the buyer will be responsible for any losses incurred, including return shipping fees and disposal fees.

  • Refunds

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you willautomatically get refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
