Shipping Policy配送ルールについて
The shipping cost varies by product and is displayed on each product page and in the cart. Customers can compare prices and select their preferred shipping company from FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
For all three shipping methods, a tracking code will be provided once the shipment process is complete. Generally, packages are delivered within 3 days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to customs procedures or tasks delegated to the shipping company.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to international conflicts, sanctions, carrier restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances, shipping to certain countries or regions may become temporarily unavailable at any time.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major international carriers (e.g., DHL, EMS, FedEx,UPS). Costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Processing Time (Dispatch Time)
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three to seven business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing times may be longer during Japanese national holidays or extended holiday periods, as our operations follow the Japanese calendar. This includes, but is not limited to, the following holidays:
• New Year's Holidays: December 30 - January 3
• Golden Week: April 29-May 6
• Mid-August (Obon): August 11-154. Delivery Time and Estimated Transit Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
The approximate delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
• North America: 1-4 business days
• South America: 4-7 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Asia/Oceania: 2-6 business days
• Africa: 4-7 business daysThese timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, weather conditions, or carrier operations.
5. Responsibility for Delivery Delays
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delivery delays, including those caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, weather conditions, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
The shipment is considered dispatched once the order is handed over to the carrier.
6. Customs Clearance and Carrier Contact
If the customs authorities or the carrier require additional information, documentation, or payment from the buyer, the buyer must respond and complete the necessary procedures within seven days of being contacted by the carrier.
Failure to do so may result in the shipment being returned, disposed of, or abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
8. Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer:
• Any re-shipment will be subject to additional fees, borne by the buyer
• In certain cases, re-shipment may not be possible due to inventory unavailability or operational constraints
• Orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors are not eligible for refunds9. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or failure to complete customs procedures:
• All resulting costs, including return shipping, handling, storage, or disposal fees, are the buyer’s responsibility
• No refund will be issued in such cases10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an item is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us at customer@jinkeido.net within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
We will assist with carrier claims where applicable. However, compensation is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.
