Shipping Policy配送ルールについて

The shipping cost varies by product and is displayed on each product page and in the cart. Customers can compare prices and select their preferred shipping company from FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

For all three shipping methods, a tracking code will be provided once the shipment process is complete. Generally, packages are delivered within 3 days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to customs procedures or tasks delegated to the shipping company.

• Shipping Method

  • Handling Time: Once the payment is confirmed, we will promptly proceed with shipping arrangements and dispatch the order within 7 business days of payment confirmation. If there is a shortage or delay, we will contact you separately. Please note that some products may require additional time for procurement.

  • During the New Year season, mid-August (Obon holiday in Japan), and the long holidays in Japan from late April to early May (Golden Week), shipping times may exceed the usual timeframe.
